How much and what kind of exercise are you doing in your butt/hips/thighs area?  It could be that you're gaining muscle mass in that area, so it feels like you're not losing inches.  Just a thought!

Walking is about the only exercise I do and I've not done a lot of that this past month because of traveling.  I just bought an exercise video though!  I have lost some inches in my thighs but I don't think I'm gaining a lot of muscle---yet!
