Weekly Weigh In
Okay so I am done with all the preop checks , pulmonary, heart, shrink etc and now just in the waiting mode for the insurance. I am trying to be patient but I gotta say thats not my virtue lol>
So being the logistics planner that I am I am going to start working on getting use to all the stuff thats going to change - Like I am going to start drinking that protein water stuff..... i am really going to focus on the exercise and try to get more walking in.
So I started this plan in December and I was 426 highest today I am 406.4.
Any suggestions to get myself in to shape for this would be exciting!!!
I quit all soda (reg & diet) 2 months prior to surgery, started drinking decaf tea with sweet n low. I weaned myself off of junk type foods and ate a lot of salads. Start now taking vite's so you will be in a routine. Walking is the best thing you can do to get ready for surgery.

i think i started more consitantly at the gym again, cause the weeks prior i have had a lot of crap going on trying to derail me! but i didnt let it stop me this past week!
