Still hanging onto 138!  I need to up my protein.  I am doing great as far as exercise goes!!  Hopefully next week I will be down atleast something.....

Okay so I am done with all the preop checks , pulmonary, heart, shrink etc and now just in the waiting mode for the insurance.  I am trying to be patient but I gotta say thats not my virtue lol>
So being the logistics planner that I am I am going to start working on getting use to all the stuff thats going to change - Like I am going to start drinking that protein water stuff..... i am really going to focus on the exercise and try to get more walking in.
So I started this plan in December and I was 426 highest today I am 406.4.

Any suggestions to get myself in to shape for this would be exciting!!!

Pratice chewing, chewing, chewing! and sipping, sipping, sipping.
I quit all soda (reg & diet) 2 months prior to surgery, started drinking decaf tea with sweet n low. I weaned myself off of junk type foods and ate a lot of salads. Start now taking vite's so you will be in a routine. Walking is the best thing you can do to get ready for surgery.

Wow!  You have done great so far!!!  It will become easier once you have your tool.  If I could tellyou one thing it would be to start some form of exercise now even if it is just walking down the street a little bit.  Do it now and it will make a huge difference in your success if you are already moving and getting active.  Plus your surgery recovery will be better.

This week: 300

I did dip down to 299 for 2 days, but I'm back up 1 lb, so I'm going with an even 300.  1 more lb and I've lost 100!

i am a day late! BUT i just had to post cause i finally lost more then 2 pounds this week! haha

last week 264
this week 257!! 

loss = 7 pounds!!! like woahhhh!

i think i started more consitantly at the gym again, cause the weeks prior i have had a lot of crap going on trying to derail me! but i didnt let it stop me this past week!

WOOOOOOOOO!!

Good job everybody! we are such great LOSERS!!!  ***hugs for all***
