WEIGHT LOSS @ 20 months post op

I went and did some changing in my diet... and its paying off.
I have lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks. Pretty amazing for a 20 month pos op.

Had a major wow wrote about it in my blog...

So for those who are thinking of WLS or ya had it...this will change you in ways you will never inagine...

And Debb my avatar will be back..just got to figure out that shrink thing again

That's awesome, Pattye. Congratulations! That IS a major accomplishment. So, how much protein are you getting in, and is that the only "food" change? Care to share how you're getting 8 hours of sleep? That's the area with which I struggle, big time. I just don't sleep but maybe 3 hours total.
Congrats on climbing that ladder, too. :)

Around a 150..drinking more water and  cut down on carbs again. Plus I am going to bed a certain time ...

150 grams of protein! Wow! Are you keep track of how many grams of carbs you're getting in, as well? I go to bed at the same time most nights, but I don't sleep well, even with the crazy CPAP machine. Oh, well. I know there's an answer; I just need to find it. :)
I'm just so pleased for you, Pattye. I know you'll be at goal weight in no time.
Speaking of bed, I'd better get there (well, recliner, anyway). :)

Hun you might need to re tested on the cpap...
For me I think its a combo of switching up a few things .

That is amazing to lose 14 in 2 weeks at 20 months out.  As someone who is also farther out, my hat is off to you!  Congratulations!

I am futher out than you...lol my surgery was in nov of 2007...
I just took the advice I heard and am using it...

Congrats Pattye!  I would love for that to happen...it's been a long time for those kind of losses for me!!!  I've been out of town in Texas so have been catching up.  We need to see your face again.  Can you not copy and paste from Facebook?

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!

I think the eatting protein has helped alot. And being more aware of the carbs...
But as for copy and pasting I cant get this laptop to do it ...I will try later today on the shrink thing again...
I did 3 pics and they are gone...
Will you be at the meeting Thursday? If so I will being that quilt...
It is one of my faves....
