A WOW for me

I got a letter that I'm being summoned for jury duty and since I've never been called before I'm actually looking forward to it.  Anyway the company I work for is business casual and I wear jeans every day, I decided that I probably should dress better when I go to court (I think jeans would be too casual) so I went to Goodwill today.  I'm officially smaller than my 14 year old daughter   When I went to try on dress slacks I was able to fit very nicely into 8s, the smallest I ever remember being was a 7, which was my sophmore year of high school.  I can see that I can reach that size again and maybe even smaller.  It's so hard to wrap my head around it but I'm just so psyched.  Oh and to add to my great day, all clothes were 50% off so I got 3 outfits for under 20.00 including shoes!

I'm delighted for you...and not a bit jealous (well, maybe 97% delighted, 3% jealous). I'll confess it when I say my bedtime prayers. :)  Seriously, though, what a wonderful accomplishment. How fun that you found 3 outfits and shoes for under $20! Wise shopper. :)

congrats!  I knew I should have gone to Goodwill This weekend!  Dang it!  I saw the sale sign but didn't find the time to go!
I'm happy for you getting into a small size but also getting a good bargain!
I bought my daughter some jeans at a garage sale this weekend and she couldn't wear them so she gave them to me and they fit me!  I think my daughter is small.  so that made me feel really good!  She didn't like it much though!  LOL!
