Last night support group in edmond

I would love to have some friends here from last nights rgroup in Edmont at Weight Wise.  If you were there, I am presurgery.  JUst waiting for a date.  I have completed all my req.  I was the one that  talked about starving!!  I am trying now to get in everythig the dietician reccommended. I hope to get asa date soon.  I am afraid I can't keep the weight off.

Anyway, Hope tpo hear frokm yousoon!  Thanks for all your support!  YOu guys were great!

Hi Tammy!  I was not at  the meeting last night but I am at most of them.  I'm excited for you and your upcoming journey.  You will do fine and you WILL keep the weight off.  You are doing the hard part right now.  Just keep your eye on the prize!  You will have a lot of support with this board and I hope to get to meet you next week at the meetingl.  We are here for you my friend!

Hi, Tammy, I was not there last night either.  I am often at the meetings.

Remember, you are doing the hardest part right now.  Pre-op weight loss is HARD!  It is worth it to stick to the plan though and get that surgery date.  Lkife is so much better on the other side.  Hang in there!

Hello. I was there last night, but had to leave early. My surgery is Wednesday. Can't wait. I hope you get your date soon. When is your next appointment? Good luck on getting that date and keeping your weight off. You can do it!

I wasn't there on Thursday either but would love to be friends!  I am usually a permanent fixture on Thursday nights at WeightWise but have missed the last couple.  But I plan on being there next Thursday so look for me!

I have lost 99 pounds and seem to be stuck permanently there.  I would like to lose 40 more but still consider this the greatest and most amazing journey of my life. 

Congratulations on a fabulous decision and on taking control of your life.  You are going to be so happy and proud!

I was there on Thursday night too. What a great group! I, too, am pre-op and am working on my required weight loss. I have 15lbs to go before I reach my pre-op weightloss. I have done everything else that is required of me with the exception of the diet class, which I am scheduled for next Wednesday. I was curious what else you are waiting on before you will get your surgery date??? I thought that once you got everything done, you got scheduled... what's left... I hope I was not wrong in thinking this, because I have been working my butt off... literally to get this pre-op weight loss done and everything else I had to do... and I really don't want any surprises when I get there.

Well as a matter of fact all you have to do after that is see the doctor for a pre op appointment.  I did that yesterday and he scheduled me for the 5th!!!!   I am SOOOO excited.  Kinda funny I am so excited to have a surgery but I can't wait!  I had to lose also and it was tough but I made it.

AWESOME, TAMMY!!!! I go to the pre-op diet class on the 5th and have an appointment to see Dr. B on the 21st! Hopefully I will get my date set then!!! I know what you mean about being excited to have surgery, although I don't think it's the surgery we are excited about, it's our new life!!!  Best of luck to you and keep me posted on how everything goes! I will be keeping you in my prayers!
