Hi,

Just thought I'd make a post...introduce myself.

I'm Ashley - just had surgery on 7/21 and so far everything seems to be going well. I'm not having lots of pain mainly just soreness and I'm super stiff in the morning.

Any others who just a few days out of surgery?

I am pretty new 10 weeks out from gastric sleeve. The first couple of weeks I struggled wondering if I had made the right decision but now I couldn't be happier. I have lost 62lbs and am only 30lbs away from my goal weight already. This is unbeliveable. Good luck.

Congrats to you! The first few days are the hardest. It will get easier and you will start to feel better and the weight will come off and you'll be so happy!
