Why did I do that?

I tried veggie pizza with light sauce and light cheese today and let's just say....I'm dying! I have not felt this horrible since I have had my surgery. I ate about half a piece and that was more than enough for the trouble I'm in now....lesson learned!

I'm so sorry you are hurting.  But its a learning process after you have surgery.  You'll soon find out whats gonna hurt and what will be ok.  Thats your tool working!  Sometimes its not fun!
I hope you feel better soon!

I am going to be blunt....WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!?
Pizza is a no no..its nothing but carbs....no protein  and the cheese is light all that means is it that it still has fat....
Now the nice side comes out...drink some warm water and seeif that helps flush the clog of dough down.
Later on when you are futher out try this for pizza a whole wheat coarse ground tortilla add some sauce and some GOOD PROTEIN  and fat free chesses and bake till the cheese melts.
I have all kinds of reciepes for different kinds of foods.
Right now do exactly as your program calls for to have maximum weight loss. The tool you have is just that a tool its the brain that has to be reprogrammed.
The way you use to eat is now a thing of the past....
Take care cause I care....

Exactly, what was I thinking...I don't think I was!  I will say that was my first incident since my surgery, and if I can help it, my last.  I think I got a little too confident and was really just jealous sitting there watching my whole family (sisters, husband, kids, everyone) eating and I didn't plan well to where there was something there for me.  Stupid, stupid!  Now I know to eat ahead or bring something!!!
