ive been trying so hard with protein and eating all my cals and everything!!

i just made myself feeling better by measuring :) and also i just bought size 20 jeans the other day cause i was visiting family for the weekend and nothing fit and now they are big on me already ,even with a belt!! yay for inches loosing even when the scales not moving!!

I'VE BEEN EXERCISING LIKING A MAD WOMAN!!! JUST MAYBE IT IS PAYING OFF, BUT I WILL ADMIT I AM EATING LIKE 5-6 MINI MEALS PER DAY. I JUST SEEM TO BE HUNGRY EVERY 2-3 HOURS, BUT WHEN I DO EAT I ONLY WANT 3-4 BITES.....

I'm not weighing today because I go back for another fill in 2 weeks. And, I hate to say it, but I've gotten USED to weighing on Tuesday and it's been a problem for me staying off the scale (but I have). But boy do I want to....which means I'm better off NOT, but still......

I was doing so good with my scale addiction, but it seems to be rearing it's ugly head again.
