I got the snack size baggies and put a scoop in each one. I was a little afraid they would think i was a drug smuggler, but they didn't even say anything about it.

Have a great trip!

Right after 911, I went through all the scanners with a 1/2 gal bottle of maple syrup. No one opened my bag to see what it was or even asked. It could have been anything!! I was shocked, especially so close to 911.  My mom flew to St. Louis with two lighters in her pocket!! I give up on security anywhere. It's a crapshoot when you go anywhere. When I travel, I take my 17 different prescriptions in the monthly containers as I am not taking 17 prescription bottles. No one says a thing or questions me. I always have a copy of the prescrips in my bag somewhere but they never look.....I for sure could be a drug smuggler, but I doubt anyone is in the market for my type!

Yes, have a wonderful trip!!!

You would probably do just fine taking the canister if it's not too cumbersome.  I just recently traveled with my container of Miralax.  They did pull it at security and loudly announce to the guy scanning that it wasn't liquid, just a powder stool softner.  So, minus the humiliation factor, it was easy breezy!

How many servings do you need to take with you?  I've been meaning to get some of those travel containers for baby formula, they'd work great.

That is a great idea! I have seen those before but my kids didn't take a bottle so I didn't even think about it. I am gonna get one so I can quit wasting plastic baggies...
