Hey, Deb. How was the cruise? I've been missing your smiling face! :)

Mary, the cruise was FANTASTIC!  I've been married 37 years and this was the first "real" vacation we've ever had.  It was so nice and wonderful to be waited on like they do on a cruise ship.  I felt so pampered all week.  We got to see some beautiful places.  Water so blue and clear and sand so very white.  We swam with the stingray and snorkeled on my birthday.  That was an awesome experience.  I know that 182 pounds ago I would have never even attempted doing those things.  I feel so blessed to have my new life where I can actually participate and not just sit on the sidelines watching life go by.  Thanks for missing me Mary!!!

It sounds heavenly! I'm so happy that you were able to go and enjoy such a marvelous vacation. 37 years and 182 lbs. is a long wait, but worth it, I'm sure. :)

Wow, look at you beautiful Mary!  Finally a face on your avatar!  You look awesome!  I can see such a difference in your face from the Mary I met at the hospital!  Way to go.....

You are going to have to do what I did.  Print the pictures and lay them side by side occasionally.  I don't think I'll every reall "see anyone but the 408 pound Deb in the mirror either!"  I hope one day we will though.  You look great!  =)
