Three Year Surgerversary!!!
I just wanted to drop in and thank everyone who has supported me... Today marks my 3 year anniversary of my RNY and although I am not at goal and mis-behaving a bit, I would do it all again in a heartbeat.
Whenever I feel the need for a kick in the pants, I always can count on you. But in that same vein, if I ever need uplifted... I know I can come here and either help or be helped.
Just remember, no matter where you are in your efforts and journey, SUPPORT is needed. This is the best support group around.
I love you all...thank you for being a part of my new life. There are many more years and discoveries yet to be made.

Ruth, I am so thankful for you. You really made me feel comfortable when I was just checking into the whole idea of WLS. I will never forget meeting you in person and seeing your "fat picture" and totally freaking out that you had lost so much weight. Randy told me that if I could be as succesful as you are then go for it. And I did! Thank you for inspiring so many of us. -Amy
