One year out - labwork question!

Ok, I had to see my regular doctor about another issue so while I was there, I asked him to draw labs since I'm a year out from surgery.  I asked for:

Complete Metabolic Panel
B vitamins
D vitamins
Lipids

The nurse at the lab told me I really should follow up with my bariatric practice since the drew completely different labs.  

What could I possibly be missing?  What labs were drawn on you at one year out?  Anyone?

In addition to that I also had

TSH
Parathyroid
CBC
Total Iron Binding Capacity
Folate
Hgb A1C

You are welcome. By the way, thank goodness for insurance that at least covered my labs -- that was expensive!!!! I almost fell over when I opened my EOB.

Didn't you have a one year appt at WW? If so, they should have been done there.

You can have your lab done anywhere. It would have cost me even more than it did to have them done at WW.

I was suppose to have my labs done, but with just getting back to work and no insurance, I haven't been able to afford it.  At my 9 months appt., Walton gave me a sheet to give to a lab or doctor to show what he wanted done.  I was suppose to do this at 6 months, but no way.  He said WW charged like $530.00.  Anyone want to chime in on costs elsewhere?  Michael

I am fortunate enough to have insurance but to stay in network I had Brandy call my lab requests into the local DLO draw site.  I will pop in there and they will send the results to Walton in time for my belated one year check up.
