I have had really bad nausea in the mornings every since my surgery (no, not preggo!) :). Did anyone else go through this...have any suggestions? If so, how long did it last for you?

Thanks!

I didn't have this problem but when you think about all that has happened to your body it seems reasonable that anyone would have this problem. I would say to call your DR. and tell him the problem and he prob has some info for you.

Hi, Holli.
I went through a short time of nausea, early out. It's no fun. I used the ointment you rub on your wrist (Phenegrin, maybe?). I was skeptical that it would work, but it did. :)
Nausea first thing in the morning may be because your tummy is really needing some nourishment. You may try some hot decaffeinated tea 30 minutes or more before eating breakfast. It will help calm down your tummy, relax it, preparing it to receive food. :)
Blessings,
Mary

Are you taking anything to block stomach acid?  That would ber Protonix, Nexium, Prilosec, and some others I can't remember.  Too much stomach acid can make you nauseous.  Call your surgeon if you are not on one to see what heshe thinks.
