FIRST OF ALL I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU THAT HAVE BEEN PRAYING FOR MY FAMILY IN THIS DIFFICULT TIME WE ARE HAVING! YOU GUYS ARE THE GREATEST AND I DO APPRECIATE YOU!
SECOND OF ALL MY MOM TOOK MY BROTHER TO THE INDIAN HOSPITAL YESTERDAY FOR A DR'S APPOINTMENT. HIS DR SENT HIM HOME AND TOLD HIM HE DOESN'T HAVE TO COME BACK. TOLD HIM TO GO HOME AND LIVE HIS LIFE. HE GAVE HIM SEVERAL DIFFERENT PAIN MEDS TO HELP HIM BUT I DON'T KNOW HOW THAT IS GOING TO BE. HE HAS NOT GIVEN UP AND IS STILL GOING TO PHYSICAL THERAPY BUT HE KNOWS WHAT IS COMING. PLEASE CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR MY FAMILY ESPECIALLY MY MOM AND DAD. MY MOM HAS BEEN THERE WITH HIM CONTINUIOUSLY SINCE HE HAD THE ANUERISM(SP) SO I KNOW THIS IS VERY HARD FOR HER. I AM TRYING MY BEST TO BE THERE AND BE STRONG FOR THEM BUT IT IS SO HARD TO WATCH THEM SUFFER AND NOT BE ABLE TO DO ANYTHING FOR THEM. IT FINALLY HIT HOME WITH MY SON LAST NIGHT AND WE HAD A GOOD CRY TOGETHER. SO I HAVE TO BE STRONG FOR MY SON ALSO WHO THOUGHT HIS UNCLE TRACY HUNG THE MOON WHEN HE WAS LITTLE.I THANK GOD FOR MY HUSBAND WHO HAS BEEN THERE FOR ME AND MY SON THRU THIS. I NEEDED HIM AND HE WAS THERE FOR ME!  I NEEDED YOU GUYS AND YOU WERE THERE FOR ME TOO. AGAIN THANKS FOR ALL THE PRAYERS AND PLEASE CONTINUE THEM!

My thoughts are prayers continue to be with yoru family diring this difficult time.

I obviously don't know the whole situation but, if needed, hospice can be called in to help your brother around the house and help manage his pain.  Those folks with hospice groups are angels on Earth.  That might relieve some of the stress from your mother.  Just a thought.
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

THANK YOU. MOM HAS TALKED ABOUT HOSPICE BUT I DON'T THINK SHE WILL GO THAT ROUTE YET IF EVER. I THINK SHE WILL TAKE CARE OF HIM AS LONG AS SHE CAN. WE USED HOSPICE WITH MY GRANDMOTHER SO WE KNOW HOW WONDERFUL THEY ARE. THANKS FOR THE ADVICE AND PRAYERS!

Hi, Kim.
Don't give up hope and faith. I've known others with incurable [this or that], who believed in their healing, didn't give up no matter the doctor's reports, and are alive and well today.
Praying,
Mary

IF HE'S NOT GIVING UP THEN NEITHER AM I! I KNOW GOD HAS A PLAN BUT SOMETIMES THE PATH TO THAT PLAN IS DIFFICULT!

Hi Kim,

I'm so sorry to hear about your brother.  Like Mary said, don't give up.  Prayer and a positive attitude are such a powerful thing.  Hospice is a wonderful institution also, you might suggest that for your mother's sake, just someone to be there for her to lean on.

Hugs and Prayers,
Marsha
