Get your ideal body measurement info. & Quote to think on
Hi, Everyone.
Do you have a goal in mind for each of your body measurements? I had no clue where to even find that information. I finally came across the following web site, where you can key in your wrist measurement, and it calculates your ideal body measurements from that. Check it out, and see what you think.

Now, why didn't I ever think of that! Awesome idea. Maybe I'm the ONLY ONE who had no clue about measurements! That sounds like me. LOL I think I spent so many years ignoring my body, that I'm just not used to thinking rationally about it.

I'm thinking that web site link works only for guys. I don't know. Maybe you can put your wrist measurement in and see what it says, since you way more itty bitty than I am. :)

I'm not going up, either! :) I'll keep looking. SURELY, if there's something for the guys, there will be something for the gals. I guess we could go back to the "perfect" figure of the mid-20th century. Wasn't it something like 36 24 36? ;)

Hey Ms. Mary-
I did it and it seemed to be close to target for me. My neck size was almost dead on. My calve size was a bit bigger and of course my thigh and waist aren't ideal (YET!)...I don't know if it is for men and women or just men, BUT I love the clothing chart idea..
And thanks for calling me itty bitty! I wi**** was true, but I am working on it
