hey ya'll.

this may be really random but i just keep on thinking maybe its something more and im not just crazy.

so on both of my thighs directly in the same place on each (the outside of them, long ways) i am getting a bruise feeling on both in the same exact place!

now i usualy am very clumsy and walk into stuff alot but i just think its odd its the same place on each leg, you know?
todays friday and i ve been bad and the last last time i was at the gym was monday (which was arms day).

i know its a shot in the blue but has anybody ever experianced this or heard of it?

lol i must sound like a loon. -am

I've never heard or experienced that kind of pain, but whenever I hear "pain," I want to encourage the person to call their doctor, so that's what I would like for you to consider doing--call your doctor. Take care.

That's weird!  Are you actually bruised or just feel bruised?

feels bruised.

i just talked to my sister whos an rn and explained it to her so i knew to be freaked if it happened again. lol and she said its a good sign its not just one leg and universal on both.

not helping really what the diagnosis would be but helpful!

im so glad i exercised today and made it go bye bye :)

maybe my muscles were just mad at me i hadnt worked out since monday!

I think it's normal for us to experiance what I call "shrinking pains" and this may be what it is. I have had alot of pain and stifness in my left shoulder for the last 2 weeks but it's slowly going away, I think part of it is our bodies way of groaning out loud from all the changes we've been putting them through over the last few months!
