Newbie Question
Hey,
For you guys that are further out than I am, this is my first summer after surgery and I don't know what is going on. I drink about 100oz a day when I take into account working out those days I am up to 120oz. I am so light headed and dizzy it is not funny. I was walking into work and I thought I was about to pass out it gets so bad. Am I low on something? I am so cold I am walking around outside with a jacket on, yes today when its 101 degrees I have on a jacket. Any idea on what is going on?

Hi!
You don't have a time frame so I don't know how much weight you've lost since December, and I assume that by now you are eating normal foods? Are you getting your protein in ???? (you're doing great on the water!!). Is your blood pressure okay? I would say that if you're geting the protein in and your'e dizzy and lightheaded it's time to call the doctor because something else might be going on.
I've heard from others that they get cold easier once they lose a bunch of weight, although it hasn't happened to me yet.

It doesn't matter if I am standing up or sitting down. I was at work was walking feel down and I felt like I was back in grade school they sent me to the nurses office and I could not leave, I had to lay down for 2 hours. She said it was the heat but I'm like lady its not the heat I am cold as heck. I took my bp at walmart at lunch I was 165/116 pulse was 105 thats normal(ish) right? How do I know if I am getting enough protein, I don't have a certain magical number to hit everyday.
