Hey,
For you guys that are further out than I am, this is my first summer after surgery and I don't know what is going on. I drink about 100oz a day when I take into account working out those days I am up to 120oz. I am so light headed and dizzy it is not funny. I was walking into work and I thought I was about to pass out it gets so bad. Am I low on something? I am so cold I am walking around outside with a jacket on, yes today when its 101 degrees I have on a jacket. Any idea on what is going on?

Hi!
You don't have a time frame so I don't know how much weight you've lost since December, and I assume that by now you are eating normal foods? Are you getting your protein in ???? (you're doing great on the water!!). Is your blood pressure okay? I would say that if you're geting the protein in and your'e dizzy and lightheaded it's time to call the doctor because something else might be going on.

I've heard from others that they get cold easier once they lose a bunch of weight, although it hasn't happened to me yet.

Check your potassium levels.  Drinking that much water may be flushing out your electrolytes and that can cause dizziness.

My first guess would be blood pressure. But like  Debra  said you could be drinking to much water YES that is possible. Maybe cut back on it just a little and see how  you feel. Good luck girl Arliene

r u light headed when stadnign or sitting down..if you are these are signs also of low iron...ben there done that..and if your protein is  low it can cause the same side effects
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it

It doesn't matter if I am standing up or sitting down. I was at work was walking feel down and I felt like I was back in grade school they sent me to the nurses office and I could not leave, I had to lay down for 2 hours. She said it was the heat but I'm like lady its not the heat I am cold as heck. I took my bp at walmart at lunch I was 165/116 pulse was 105 thats normal(ish) right? How do I know if I am getting enough protein, I don't have a certain magical number to hit everyday.

Anything over 140/90 is considered HIGH. 120/80 and below is normal.. I found this chart hope it helps.

Your BP is on the high side.  It almost sounds like you could be hypoglycemic as well.  Does somebody have a glucose monitor you might be able to borrow?

Dang girl!  With BP that high you are gonna blow a gasket!  Get your butt to the doctor ASAP.  You may also need some labs sivne you were unable to eat normal for so long.  Get to the doc!
