Xpost-I NEED my band

Now that I'm healed and feeling good and waiting for a fill- I realize how much I need my band, because I'm like a bottomless pit these days.
I'm doing the best I can, eating filler foods like cabbage (something I'd forgotten about-the past years have been more about space management than filling up space) and hoping I don't gain too much.
Every day is a struggle and one that I'd gotten used to not having. A few vocal people in my life thought I should just have had the band removed since I was at goal-and I am SO thankful I didn't listen. I NEED my band, and I am glad I still have it.
I am happy for you getting a fill soon. Hang in there until then, think tiny tummy!!

Oliver runs in cycles-right now he's not doing much body noises (thank goodness) and I hope that lasts till after the family comes for the 4th of July. Of course, my family makes the same noises, they may just lead him astray.
Right now he's into bossing the dogs-he goes out the sunroom every morning and tells them what to do and to BE QUIET! Then he has his mist bath and plays till about noon before coming in an taking a nice long nap. Around 4-5, he gets up, has a snack, and then goes outside again for the evening, where he bosses the dog again.
Today he's getting a nice dried new Mexican pepper for his snack. I was giving him a bowl of water to bath in since it is so hot, but he dumps it on the dogs and laughs, so I don't do that any more.
Oliver is my most high maintenance animal.
