I'm craving peanut butter.
I've got Smart Balance PB, here are the nutrition facts.
Service size: 2 Tbls
Total fat 17g
Sat fat 3 g
Trans fat 0
Poly fat 0
Mono fat 12
Cholestrol 0
Sodium 110mg
Potassium 190 mg
Total carb 5g
dietary fiber 2g
Sugar 1
Protein 8g
Honestly I don't have a full serviing when I have it off of the spoon. More like 2 tsps and I lick it off slowly. I was more worried about the sugars and carbs when looking at peanut butter than fat.

This lady is an OH member, and has a TON of recipes for protein ice creams, I know at least one of them has PB in it.

BTW, the white chocolate PB that somebody here mentioned a while back...I didn't like it before surgery but I just ate a spoonful of it and it's NOM.

In the summer, a PB on whole wheat sandwich is one of my go to breakfasts when I don't want to eat breakfast....LOL. A spoon of PB is a snack that will stay with me for awhile.
If you are worried about sugar, you can get natural no sugar added, but it's not nearly as tasty as Jif. For me, the sugar in PB has not been a problem-the fat and protein balance it out.
The PB 2 is tasty too-but it doesn't have the staying power of regular peanut butter-so I use it to flavor things and keep the calories down. When you are trying to get in nutrition and energy, it does take calories to do that!
