Are there any runners or anybody wanting to run here?
Hey, I've done the couch to 5K program in the past and its really good about gradually working you up to running a 5K. I really liked it and and I plan to do the same thing again, but I'm not going to be starting it for a few more week since I'm having surgery next week and don't want to push the dehydration factor too much in the first weeks post op.
