B12 update - thanks!

Holy Smoke!  I should listen to my OH peeps more often.  On everyone's advice, I went to buy the B12 at WalMart and took some tonight.  Those bad boys dissolve in like 30 seconds.  What a pleasure!  I can't believe the "plastic B12" I've tried to take for over a year!

I know!  My old ones tasted good so I considered myself lucky.  I had no idea there was a better way.  Dang, it makes taking the B12 so easy.

Wonder what else you guys know that I don't know but I don't know that I don't know it?  Ya know?

What brand?!  These little guys I'm take what seem like forever to dissolve!  I have a new bottle, so the suffering will continue for a couple of months, but I will know there are better options for next time!

It's the brand they sell at Wal Mart called Spring Valley.  I can't remember how much they were but they are cheap!  It's a bottle of 200 and they're cherry flavored "sublinqual dots".  Do yourself a favor and throw out your old ones and buy these.  You won't believe how fast they dissolve!
