Okay - I AM NOT WRITING THESE ON MY OWN................They are being taken from the
"Chicken Soup for the Dieter's Soul !!     I really liked today's devotion !!

This is OUR year to decide:
Are we winners or losers?

A loser is always part of the problem.
A winner is always part of the solution.
A loser says, "It may be possible, but it's too difficult"
A winner says, " It may be difficult, but it's possible.  I CAN AND WILL DO IT !!"
A loser says, "That's not my job."
A winner says, " Lmet me help you."
A loser always has an excuse.
A winner always has a plan

Decide today.  Winner or loser ?   Then choose good-for-you foods.
Cut your portion sizes down to the recommended amounts.
Get out there and move your body enough to work up a sweat.

By the end of this year - you won't even recognize your beautiful, healthy self. !!

Have  a GREAT day !!   I KNOW I WILL

  • Pease check out Dr. Connie Stapleton's Website. A lot of good information on there for all WLS patients regardless of the surgery you chose.  Good luck to all and I'm here for you if you want to send me an email.  I'll answer it as soon as possible.

Smart words, lady!  Really hits home for me since I've been "messing with the plan" and haven't lost a pound in several months.  But it's within my power to break the stall.

Thanks for sharing!
