Great to have you hear. Staying off the scale for a couple of weeks is a good idea. I have to remind myself to stay off the scale or I get frustrated. Congrats on your surgery and I know you will do well.

Sorry I wasnt here to welcome you earlier I am 7 months out and down 165 pounds so far. I am so happy for this ride. The first few weeks are kindsa rough but you will be bouncing all over in no time. I just moved to Blanchard area so not that far from Norman. Which is good since that is where my doctor is.  Hope to see you around alot!
