Thanks for the encouragement! I'm leaving for a trip to Orlando for 14 days on Saturday and I'm not sure how well I'll be able to eat while there. It's definitely going to be a challenge! I just hope when I get back that I'll have reached my goal.
So anyway, I won't be able to post for the next two weeks. Hopefully then scales will go down instead of up in that time!

Hi there. Haven't posted here in a long time, but figured I'd catch up a bit Maybe doing the weekly weigh-ins will help me keep my losses in perspective.
Last Monday: 172
Yesterday: 170
So -2
In order to reach goal by my one-year post-op date, I need to lose at least 8lbs a month. Doing 2lbs a week is my ideal, so I'm pleased.

Hey girl!! I'm glad to see you post over here with the Okies!! I'm in the same boat as you, I want to pull 8 lbs a month by the end of the year to meet my goal so I need to step up things a bit. You are doing great and don't be a stranger!
