Taking chewable calcium??? I am tired of taking the chewable calcium and I am wondering if it okay to take the calcium citrate caplets now. I am 3 months out.

I'd say to try it.  I would think that if you can swallow it that it would be okay.  My calcium is in pill form.

At Weight Wise they tell us 6 months...I'm actually only 5 1/2 out, and I just started taking the Citracal Petites.  Check with your dietician.

Marsha

Hi, Emily.
I'm 6 months out, and I just started taking Celebrate Vitamins' calcium, in capsule form. It's pretty small (especially for a capsule, especially for calcium). I would think your tummy would handle a capsule better than a pill, but I'd call your nutritionist or doctor's office, just to be safe. :)
Blessings,
Mary

Can you handle the chews instead of the giant powdery tablets?  I was having a really hard time tolerating the tablets and my doc's office said I could take Viactiv instead.  They've been a lifesaver.
