1 year visit
I WORK OUT AT LEAST 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. I WALK 2 MILES AND THEN I DO WEIGHT TRAINING. I WORK UPPER BODY ONE DAY AND LOWER BODY THE NEXT. I HAVE MISSED THE LAST 6 DAYS BECAUSE I WAS BUSY BUT ME AND HUBBY WALKED 2 MILES YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. I ALSO TRY TO WORK SOME CRUNCHES IN THERE SOMEWHERE BECAUSE I AM NOT LIKING MY "POOCH" OF A STOMACH.

I have lost 20 lbs so far. I feel great.
