I just had to share!  Yesterday my DH, son and I walked to the lake by our house.  There is just enough of an incline to give you that extra workout.  WELL... I ran on the inclines!  I was so proud of myself!  I have always wanted to be able to run/jog.  I was winded but not out of breath!  I'm going again today.  I'm taking my dog with me.  She has short legs like me but she will give me a workout!  LOL!

I shopped for a swimsuit yesterday but I couldn't bring myself to get one!  I want one that makes me look smaller then I am!  LOL!

Happy Monday you Okie Losers!
hugs

Yea Kim!!! Good for you! It only takes that first time to get yourself motivated to keep going, just think how much faster that weight is going to fall off if you keep it up! Way to go lady!

That is great Kim, keep up the good work.

I want to start jogging but haven't reached that motivation stage yet.  For now I am jogging in my head.

Ok, so I'm going through old posts and saw this one.  Good timing since I just got back from the park when I did some little jogging sprints to get my heart rate up.  First time I've ever done that!  But I have a question for you...how do you keep your jiggly bits from getting out of control?  Kind of a gross question but that's what I wanna know.  But maybe you don't have any jiggly bits?

LOL!  Kim, I have lots of jiggly chunks!
I got a belt after my surgery.  Its more of a wrap...but it velcros around me and I made it really tight.  My Jigglies were a big part of the reason I couldn't run sooner but I thought about the wrap and decided to use it!  It worked great!
Good Luck and Keep on Runnin!
