VSG ers on liquids for 2 weeks
Yes, I had one of the drinks on the list they gave me, Atkins Advantage Strawberry, it was ok.

I am cooking this right now.
small potatoes cut into chunks
carrots, cut into chunks
Beet, chunked
2 whole green onions from my garden (Not going to eat them, why cut)
half a head of cilantro
One big annaheim pepper
A sprig each of rosemary, majoram, oregon, some sage leaves, parsley and lemon thyme
Big old dash of goysemo-which is seaweed and sesami-mine is garlic flavored.
My intention was to use the stock as a base for other things-but it smells so good I think it's just going to be IT. I'll strain it and sip it (and feed the mashed veggies to the birds)
One of the things that helps, both mentally and physically, is to do something "normal" like cooking-and the fresh veg broth is better for you than cubes. I like the flavor of beets, and the red broth is kind of festive after a stretch of eating brown or yellow.
