Weekly Weigh In
Hi, Amy.
Well, as far as calories go (checking my food journal), I log anywhere from 800-1,150 calories. Some days I can eat more than others. I get in at least 64 oz. of water daily. For percentages on the other stuff, I try to keep at or below the following: Fat 45%, Protein 40%, Carbs 15%. Most of the time, I'm successful at that.
With not being able to get in the pool, I feel like I'm struggling with the exercise part. Among walking (outside), the mini-trampoline, Gazelle, and arm bike, I get in 16-30 minutes of exercise per day. I know that's not much, but it's what my joints can tolerate, at this point. I know that will improve, as I lose more weight and build more muscle.
Most days, the only "snacking" I do is having my cup of high-protein hot cocoa (with MiraLax in it) midmorning and, lately, a Medifast shake in the midafternoon. I figure it's fluids, so maybe Chris won't kill me on Thursday.
I know Somer is going to teach me how to use the Bands I just purchased, so maybe that will help mix things up a bit.

It sounds like you are doing everything right so its just going to take a little bit for your body fat to admit defeat! I love my protien hot chocolate!! Hang in there Mary, you are doing great regardless of what the scale says this week.
