reporting in on my exercise!

Okay so last week came and went and the world did not end!!  For those of you reading this that don't know what I am talking about...my husband had to be out of town which meant I couldn't go to the gym at my regular time 5:30a.m.  So, I hit the gym Monday morning before he left and then Wed and Thurs I went after work and let my son play in their kid room while I worked out.  I just got back from biking 10 miles around Hefner so at least I got in 4 workouts this week.  Tomorrow morning my sister is going to show me a bike trail that goes from Yukon to El Reno!  so tomorrow morning I should get a couple of hours or more of biking in.  Then Tuesday morning I will be back on schedule and at the gym at 5:30a.m.

Thank you to all my OH buddies for the encouraging posts and for holding me accountable!  I am so ready to see onderland!!!

Knew you could do it all along!  You even inspired me to do an extra day this week! (My DH is always complaining that I have a gym to go to and he has to work out at home with weights, a treadmill & the great outdoors.  So I joined him yesterday & did my workout outside).  Have a great week!

I love working out outdoors.  To me the time passes much more when I am out biking than when I'm on the eliptical.  Good for you on the extra exercise!

Well....I thought it was this week so that shows what a great encourager I am!!! I see you can do this on your own or with our support. That is honestly a great thing!! Way to go my friend!

Actually this is the week I am worried about as well because since I was off track last week, this week I have to get back in routine and part of me is scared that I will just oversleep everyday.  So....tomorrow morning at 5:30 I better have my butt at the gym!!  If I can be at the gym Tues thru Fri then I will feel like I am back in routine and not feel like I am slipping up.  I did my best to get in exercise last week but its not the same as being at the gym every single morning.  Today I biked 21 miles total!  I went from yukon to just about el reno on old foreman road.  It was awesome!

You are so full of life and energy.  Right now, I'm on my 6th day post op.  I hope that I get as active and energetic as you are. 

I'm glad that my a lot of the pain and nausea is no longer there.  Most of all, I'm so very, very, very happy that  HUNGRY LIKE A WOLF disappeared right after the surgery.  That is a miracle in itself....

You are an inspiration to me debtfee.......

You just hang in there.  For me the 1st 7 days were the hardest and then the next 7 weren't a walk in the park either.  After that, each week got a little easier.  After 2 months I finally felt normal again.  I promise the energy will return and be so much more than you ever thought because you won't be lugging around all the extra weight anymore.
