scared and need some support/accountability
I know exacty what you mean. I'm scared of getting out of my routine too. Its hard to get back to it! I have been getting up the the morning and doing my elliptical. I'm going to Colorado this week. I wont be doing my elliptical but I will find a mountain to hike!

A shake up in your routine may be a good thing for you. Just be inventive. Look for other ways to pick up exercise. Park far away. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk to a co-worker's office instead of calling or emailing. You can do it !!! You've come too far to think you'd give it all up now. And, if nothing else, you'll shock the poop out of your body and then take another big dip when you start back !!!
You are right, it could be a good break and give my muscles a chance to rest because I have been kicking up my workout with a trainer and they are sore right now. I do take the stairs and could make myself go up and down them more frequently too. Good idea. Thanks!

I'm so glad you posted this. I haven't been exercising regularly and seeing your post has really motivated me. I was doing my Wii regularly but I've been slacking for about 2 weeks. I have been working in the yard which is nice to be able to do now, but I know I need to incorporate some type of workout plan if I'm ever going to tone my very loose body up again. Thanks for your post and I'm going to try to do a better job of exercising every day that I can.
