Evil carbs....please read
I have sadly discovered this truth too. Cheetos became my go to snack food and I was able to eat wayyyyyy too many of them at a time. Then I would drink water later and be miserable. Now when I want Cheetos I instead grab a cup of cottage cheese. It's a LOT better for me thats for sure. I am also FINALLY trying to eat protein first when I eat anything. After a year I am finally following that rule, weho would have thought? LOL
Pattye, I tested the pouch out too. I ate a whole bag of peanut M&Ms and I did not dump on them. OMG it scared me to death to think that I could still eat a whole bag of those and nothing happen. Now I know I have to be extra careful. No way am I doing that again. I have been good ever since and have stayed away from the carbs. I will continue to stay away from them too. I still have too much to lose to ruin it now. Sorry you gained 4 pounds. That stinks.

it does stink! but as the saying goes no harm no foul. I just have to do liquids at little bit more but to let others know about this..4 pounds is nothing for me to gain.
