Kim, I am so excited for you. You are doing awesome. Isn't great to be off the meds!!! It really is the little things that make the difference. Congrats on your wows.

I'm excited for you Kim!!!  Don't get to use to the lady in the mirror because she will continue to melt away!!!  I know what you mean about getting off the diabetis meds....been there and done that and 14 months later I'm still off my meds!!!  I still have to remember to eat lunch sometimes at work and can really say that I don't get hungry much...mainly thirsty.  Take care and thanks for your update!!!
