Anyone heard from T???
How are you doing on that militant plan? I am considering doing it, it looks like to me that you get plenty to eat. I am getting over some kind of flu sickness and just now feeling kinda back to normal. Also I will need to go to the store to get the stuff to do this militant plan. I saw that T posted some new recipes on the recipe board a few days ago.
I'm loving it! I've had great results so far and for me it's a really easy plan to follow because I'm not really a carb junkie anyway. When I get cravings it's for fish or beef so this plan is awesome for me. I had to eat a few to pull my keytosis back some yesterday because I was having muscle pain, but all is good now!
It's a diet that floats around on here all the time.....I would check with Chris or Jess before doing anything and that is all I will say about that, other than if you are doing what the nuts at WW are telling you to do, then you are pretty much on a high protein plan anyway. Just trust your doc's and nuts at WW and everything will fall into place the way it should.
