I remember that too! We each have walked with so many others, down this path. It is amazing to go through the days, weeks and even months of waiting for that date....then it comes. It is like climbing a mountain at first, then the pounds begin dropping and we get to share with each other, the moments o*******n as we reach small goals....and those small goals become a part of the larger goal. It is amazing Emily, that you have done so well in such a short time! It is exciting to read in your words the joy you feel.
I remember being at the doctor's office the day you went, Amy. We didn't know each other, so we never got to say a word, but I thought it was you.....Since that time I have watched as you got your date and your surgery and on to the lbs dropping off. I now look at your Avitar and can not even believe that you are the same person. That is just how I feel about Emily too....She, like I did, waited for so long to get our dates and now see the goal in site! It is one of the very best things I have done and I am so glad that I never gave up on this dream. I am sure you feel the same way Emily! Congratulations on your half way point!
