Ok, so mother nature is here and she hates me.

Last week: 130.5 lbs
This week: 131 lbs

Change: +.5 lbs

Total loss: 172 lbs (or 172.5 lbs, depending on the day)
Size: 3/4-5/6 jrs (down from a 24W/26W)

I forgot and ate breakfast-will weigh tomorrow (cause I would weigh tomorrow anyway to verify that what I THOUGHT was breakfast weight really was or wasn't, then try to calculate calories in/out for today, compute the loss/gain attributed to today.....honestly, it's just easier to weigh tomorrow).

CHANGE:  -1 LB

I SURE NEED TO TRY TO GET MORE PROTEIN IN....  THE CARB MONSTER HAS BEEN HANGING TOO CLOSELY AROUND AND I HAVE NOT BEEN WALKING MUCH THIS LAST WEEK DUE TO WEATHER AND CRAZINESS OF LIFE WITH 4 KIDDOS...

At least I lost 2 pounds... it's better than nothing!
I have a feeling that next week won't be so good.  My baby is graduating high school this weekend and we're having a big shindig at our house.  I'm already so stressed, so I'm sure I'll feel the need to sample some cake, punch, or potato casserole!
