I think I know whats going on so we'll see if next week isn't better.  I don't think I've been eating more.  I need to increase my exercise and WATER!  Its affecting my plumbing

Something is happening in my bowels that is causing me issues.  I'll stall for a week or two then have lower bowel problems for 3 or 4 days and lose a ton of weight at the same time.  There is no clear reason why this is happening so I get the fun task of keeping a diary of what goes in and what comes out.

Glitter gal has a diary like that!!!  Seriously, I think someone gave it to her as a gag gift.  It has pre printed pages on it and everything to track the poop!

Winnie, I had problems like you are having very early on.  I didn't like having to take stuff or use stuff to make mine move after 3 or 4 days of nothing moving.  I just tried by experimentation and for me my secret has been adding a small amount of some fruit and/or veggies.  I always eat my protein first so I can't hold much but that has made my system much much happier...me too!

This is the ride of my life.....what an amazing tool I now have!!!
