I haven't tried the chewable vitamins for adults, but I do like the Flintstones Gummy vitamins.  They smell yucky but taste good.  I do have to tell you that Chris, Nut, said if they taste good, they probably have too much sugar.

I also bought some of the Bariatric Advantage Choc Calcium Citrate chews and they are good.  If only they would make multis like that!

I take the centrum chewable  and do well with them. I take 2 a day. They aren't bad.

I use the vitamins I order on line at Celebrate Vitamins.  I now take the ones I can swallow since I am so far out and it is AWESOME to not have to chew those suckers up.  I would think that would be better than not taking any at all...  These are formulated for the bariatric patient as well so they are quickly dissolved in our pouch.  They also sell chewables as well.  I found these to be cheaper than most others out there for me.  Good luck but....find something you can take because it is soooo important and you do NOT want to become vitamin deficiant because there lies another bunch of complications.  Many times after you get so deficient you cannot catch up on some of them.  Good luck to you!

I've not had surgery yet but I'm taking the "pre-surgery" vitamins from Celebrate, and I really like them.  I don't think I've seen any bad reviews for the chewables, either.  They do have a special today, for Cinco De Mayo, if you enter Mama5 on the checkout you'll get 5% off.  (See this blog for details.)  I'm ordering my post-op vitamins today.

It sounds like chewable vitamins and supplements would be better for you. Most of the time, I suck on them 'til they're gone, as my tummy tends to get queasy if I chew them up. I find the Celebrate chewable vitamins to be fine, better tasting than Centrum. At about $10 for a 30-day's supply, the cost is pretty good, and, like someone said, there's a special today. Use Mama5 for the code at checkout (Make sure you capitalize the M and that you check mark the Redeem Code box; I had to do it several times before I saw the discount noted on the page). Also, if you type in the vitamin or supplement you'd like to try in the box "Where did you hear about us?" you will get a bottle of that). I LOVE the grape Iron+C chewable. It tastes like a sweet tart. I'm now taking the multivitamin capsule, as it's small enough to go down easily.
Good luck finding the vitamins and supplements you need, that will help you stay healthy.
Blessings,
Mary

Mary, is the grape super grape-y?  I think I could handle a sweet-tart but I hate super grape flavored stuff.  I can't decide if I should just get the tangerine instead...
