Most all stores close on Easter and Christmas Day and early on Christmas Eve. If I'm not mistaken, they  also close on New Years Day, and early for New Year's Eve and then Thanksgiving, but don't close for any others...like Columbus Day and President's Day and so on. Only Banks close on those days. We do have  some Walgreens that are open on those days and maybe CVS. I have no idea about the 4th of July. I think all the main stores are open to sell  BBQ stuff or picnic items. I just don't know about any malls. I don't shop much. Welcome to Oklahoma! I never paid much attention to what's closed or open unless I need something!

Well, if you happen to venture down to my neck of the woods where the nearest wal-mart is 35 miles away, then you'd find that even here, our gas stations, grocery store, and dollar general are all open on holidays with the exception of Christmas and Easter, then we have an EZ Mart and the Choctaw Travel Plaza/Casino that are always open.
