Want to restart the MWC walking group??

Thank you my friend!  I don't think I've EVER BEEN CALLED HOT!!!  LOL  Although, I am hot right now in my office....the first time in over a year.  I've been cold for so long that I'm not complaining!

Hey!  Maybe my house IS on fire!!  I know, I walk too fast.  You girls are in luck- the pain will keep my pace in check- at least after the first half mile.

So- WE ARE BAAAAAACCCCKKKK!  Midwest City/ Del City walking group will meet this Saturday morning at 9AM near the main pavillion.  Please come walk with us.  And, as an added bonus- we go for coffee afterwards at Panera and solve the problems of the world.
