New pic
I am finelly ok with haveing my pic taken sice I have lost almost 50 lbs. My kids were takeing pics yesterday goofing off and Shantell my oldest took a full body pic and I could really see a diff I was amazed. I knew I had lost a lot of wt out of my face but looking at a pic before and the one after what a diff.

That's a great picture Shantell. Be sure and have someone take your pictures at least monthly. I had my DH do this for me and that is the ONLY I can see the new me. I don't know if I'll ever see anyone but that 408 pound woman in the mirror looking back at me. You're doing a great job!!!
