Question (Foamies)

Can someone tell me what makes you have foamies.  I know if you eat to fast or if you eat to much you can have them, but what do they consist of?  Are they digestive juices that you have to cough or spit up?  I had them real bad this afternoon.  Finally after I coughed and spit them up I felt a lot better (it took about 2 hours to get relief),  I use ww  in Edmond and I meant to ask Chris (nu) this week when I went to see her but I forgot.  I had the sleeve in Feb. 09 and have only had them 2 times, but I don't want to have them anymore.  They are miserable to have.  You never spit or cough any of the food that you ate, just have foamies.
Thanks for  your help

I am still not sure exactly what they are either but can sympathize about them being bad.

The one and only time i had them I ate something that tiny tummy DID NOT want!  I did not eat too fast or too much- it was an instant rejection of the food I was trying to eat. Hopefully you won't get then again- yucky!
I have maintained for one year at this point.  I am steady at -120 pounds.  =)

I have had them one time and it was because I drank too fast. I was miserable for about 2 hours. Not sure what causes it, but never want to do it again.

I have no idea what causes this but I have them 2-3 times a day and I don't have to eat to get them.  I notice that sometimes after I eat I feel sick for awhile and than it goes away. My tiny tummy doesn't handle soild food very well.

i had them early on..I learned that if I made myself throw up I felt better instead of trying to keep it down...

That's exactly what I did Pattye.  If I didn't throw it up I was miserable for a LONG time.  I have since learned what not to do so that helps.  It's such a learning curve for people who have gulped their food down, large bites and eathing whatever, whenever they want to!!!

Thank you so much Mary!  That was a passport picture that the pharmacy took.  I didn't know for years that I even had a neck.  I thought my head just sat on my shoulders!!!  I WANT to see a new picture of you.  I KNOW you have changed as well!!!
