Great Exercise Idea

I had surgery about a year ago and I was never a fan of working out. My mom dragged me to a yoga class and I fell in love with it.  I wasn't sure what to expect but it really is just a series of holding poses. It definately helps me to get my heart rate up in a easy and comfortable way and it so relaxing at the same time. Recently my yoga instructor opened her own yoga studio! It is a beautiful space and it is so calming. She is a great instructor and really pays attention to my individual needs. She believes anyone can do yoga and has helped me to see my own potential. I have done yoga and it does work better than doing aerobics and less painful on the joints.
Have you been to any support group meetings for OWLO? Cause I am trying to figure out who you are
being healthy has its rewards....take the challenge and just do it

Think I might have to look into this yoga thing.  I definitely need to work on my core!!!
