I am still moving downwards but it is definately in a slow down for me. I did hit the gym back since my cysts were not hurting but I am also going to adnit that the carb monster hit big time too. I will do better next week.

Seems like the closer I get to my goal the less my body wants to give it up. Oh well I'm happy with this weight.

No change... I'm happy where I am (anywhere between here and 140 lbs makes me happy :) )and, at almost 5 years out, I can't be expecting a loss all the time anymore.
