If you like seafood then try fish, tuna or shrimp to add to your variety. Make sure you pick the highest protein you can pick out and be sure the amounts you are getting are what they advise you to be getting. I know we want it all off now! But it just doesnt' work that way. You might call and ask if they have any suggestions at the doc's office. I would say your body is holding on too and it will give up sooner or later on that. Make sure to get tha****er in. I am preaching to myself on that one!! We have to get it in!
