Any idea's welcomed...
I know that 2 pounds a week is good but any idea's how to speed up my wt. loss a bit? I am trying to lose as much weight by June 2nd when I go on vacation. I will be purchasing my first swim suit in so many years I can't count. My menu mainly consists of 1 oz protein per meal. I eat 3 times a day, drink 62 oz and started today to walk. My protein choices are: 2% Cottage cheese, 2% cheddar cheese, ground beef, chicken breast and eggs. What more can I do???????/
I think you are doing great as you are. 1 oz of protein per meal is not very much and actually you can eat too little and body hangs on so to speak. I think you should just keep on keeping on. Like Anna said you are considered a light weight and you aren't going to have the huge losses like someone my size did. You might ask your nutritionist if you want other ideas.
