Remembering
I can't even begin to imagine the horror of the day. I was sitting at my desk in my office when I heard about the bombing. I can remember just wanting to run home and hug my children. I will forever remember that day and the days after. I think you are a true survivor. I'm sorry for the loss of your friends. I am thankful you are here and such a wonderful inspiration to me!
I'm glad yesterday is over for you. I know it must have been very hard.
Hugs to you Amie!

Amie, I thought about you yesterday. I know those were trying times but I am so thankful you are a survivor. I remember that day so well as do others. I was actually downtown at that time and couldn't wait to get out and be with my children and husband. You are such an inspiration to me and I'm sure your friends looked down and smiled when they saw you yesterday as they do every day. God had a reason for you to survive and you don't take forgranted the extra time He chose to give you. Keep your lovely smile up and just know that even in the darkest days the light does come and when the blooms are gone...they will bloom again!!! God is in control and you are a survivor in all ways and such an inspiration to us all. I'm so thankful I consider you a friend!!! (((HUGS)))
