I bought the last bag of calcium chews at WeightWise last night. They aren't half bad! I can do this! And they are easily portable.

So if you don't like the kitty litter calcium, try some of these chews. They said they have placed another order and they'll be in shortly.

Well there is only 250mg of calcium in each chew so you have to do more than 1 a day anyway!

Amy, I take a monthly Vit. D gel cap. It is a high dose and is on the Walmart cheap list. I get a years supply of 12 pills.

They are Bariatric Advantage Calcium Citrate Chewy Bites. (sugar free and chocolate flavored)
