Way O/T..... Wedding Dress Emergency

I have a 911 emergency. My daughter is getting married on May 2nd and her dress needs to be altered. The place we bought it didn't tell us that it would be impossible to find anyone in Lawton to do the alterations. So my ? is does anyone know of a seamstress? I sure don't want to break out the safety pins and duct tape!!

I don't know Lawton... but is there a cleaners  or a sewing shop like han****s around... they would know of someone...

Thanks for the reply Brenda. They recomended a woman in WTF and we ran down there an she will have the dress ready in time.And she was reasonable on top of that. Thank goodness this is the LAST wedding I have to worry with and pay for!

I'm glad you found someone.  I posted this morning to you but it didn't show up for some reason.  All my suggestions were around the OKC area.  I know that when I had my daughter's wedding the alterations for the dress were almost as the cost of the dress.  It had to be shortened and taken up in the waste.  I sew but I wasn't about to touch that gown!!!  Good luck to you.  I'm sure the wedding will be awesome.
