My 150 calorie cake thing came today-and I was pleasantly surprised. It IS just the right size. I don't think it would have worked pre WLS, but it's an option now for those sweet treats. Even buying a single slice of cake and throwing what I don't want aways sometimes bums me out-this was fun and I got to eat the WHOLE THING!
